Where an event has 3 or less competitors, they will each receive a medal and have the option to take part in another event at the discretion of the chief referee and payment for the extra event.
All entries and entry fees must be in by the 20nd May. No entries after this date unless through fault of the organising committee an error has been made.
Teams can submit 4 competitors which would include 3 competitors and 1 reserve. We will however only have 3 medals for event winners. The reserve can replace any injured or non attendance competitor.
Any reserve used can not then change back again.
