Please say (yes / no) to the following statement; I understand that by taking part in any type of karate championship I may be injured. I have my own insurance and valid licence which will cover any event and will not hold the JSKA UK, HSK or its representatives liable for any reason. My club will provide one first aider or doctor who will be responsible for its representatives this is especially important for the administration of first aid to children where the club should have already had permission from the parents to administer first aid to their students. Other qualified first aiders supplied by JSKA UK may also be used if required. I understand that those with photo passes may be taking photos during the weekend and have no objection to be photographed or videoed.
Before you say yes to the above, check with your sensei.
